THREE MORE GOOD REASONS TO LAUGH!
PAIN CONTROL – In his book Anatomy of an Illness, Norman Cousins tells how he completely recovered from a life-threatening illness by watching funny movies and laughing for hours every day. He found that ten minutes of continuous laughter kept him pain free for two hours.
PREVENTS HEART ATTACKS – Dr. Michael Miller, director of the Center for Preventive Cardiology, University of Maryland Medical Center, says laughter protects us from heart attacks! Better get busy laughing now so you can let go of the stress!
